Damaged or Expired Goods:
If you receive damaged or expired goods, we offer a full refund or replacement. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or expiry date of the product.
  • Return the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories or labels, within 14 days of receiving the product.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s) and verification of the damage or expiry, we will process your refund or send a replacement product as per your preference.

Incorrect Items Received:
If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service team. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, and you may be required to return the incorrect item to us. The correct item will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

Change of Mind:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to return a product due to a change of mind. In such cases, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
  • Contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
  • Return the item(s) in their original packaging, including any accessories or labels, within 14 days of receiving the product.

Please note that return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund or process an exchange.

Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
